Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy includes topics relevant to delivery of items purchased from Techline Technologies, Inc. (“We”, “Us”, and “Our”) at www.techlinetrauma.com.
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and business closures) after receipt of a confirmation email from Us acknowledging your order. You will receive another email from Us after your order has shipped.
We make every effort to timely fulfill all orders. However, there may be a lead time associated with some products because Our products are handmade. The lead time may be as long as 4 weeks.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Whenever possible, shipping charges for your order will be estimated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING OPTION
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. However, We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier depending on factors including, but not limited to, delivery time and delivery location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please contact Us at sales@techlinetrauma.com if you have a country-specific question.

Other Costs
Your order may be subject to other costs including, but not limited to, tariffs, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for collecting and paying these other costs. You are responsible for paying all other costs in full to the responsible collecting parties.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email estimating the expected ship date when your order has been processed. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Us which will includes a tracking number you can use to track your order.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact Us at sales@techlinetrauma.com with your name and order number. We will look into the shipment for you.
SHIPPING TO Post Office (P.O.) BOXES
Most carriers do not allow for delivery to a P.O. box-. Therefore, you must provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email Us immediately at sales@techlinetrauma.com with your name, your order number, brief description of the damage, and photographs showing the condition of the shipping box before it is opened and the item after removal from the shipping box . We will be unable to properly evaluation the nature, cause, and extent of the damage without this information. With this information, We will try Our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
